  • a boxers diet

    what does it contain food wise because i train hard then im no happy with the food im eating does anyone know of a good diet
    im 80kg and want to get down to about 75kg

    first thing you need to do is find a website that has a calorie counter, theres plenty out there just google. Have alook at your current diet and work out how many calories you are consuming in a day. Then work out what you are burning (again there are guides on the net to help you work that out). You need to make sure you have a calorie defecit so your body is burning more than you are taking in.

    For example, if you eat a healthy balanced diet, you are probably consuming abot 2000cal a day. If you train hard for an hour a day, and stay fairly active you should burn about 2500cal. That kind of defecit should result in about 1 kilo a week of weight loss.

    Your body will eventually start to balance itself out though, which ius why losing big amounts is hard. 5 kilos shouldn't be much of a problem. If you eat right and train hard you'll lose it in a month.

    Big tip - don't forskae your carbs. A lot of people will till you to cut out carbs and focus on protein. Carbs are your fuel, taking in carbs is gonna let you train harder, and promote muscle growth and keep your immune system ticking away. Just need to be sensible.       thanks is protein good for weight loss aswell i mean the flabby weight loss
