    how many can you do?

    i'm doing 15x15 series

    i think i can do over 40 at once but i never tried it.... just doing series of dips

    what bout u?

    nice man, wat technique do you use? legs down or outwards?
    i tend to go easy on the dips, and leave em for late in a workout, i tend to get pains doing them.

      I prefer French onion, but sometimes Salsa Con Queso really gets me going....

        but i go down much much lower...

        sometimes i also do it with 20kg weight but then i do it 8 reps 10 series
