    Teaching kids boxing

    What is the youngest age I should start teaching kids boxing at.

    Depends a lot on their maturity. Some kids are ready when they're 8, some at 12. I'd evaluate each kid individually.
    There's also different ways of teaching the, boxing. Letting them play around with it a little, and just doing very general coordination stuff is a good way to start. As long as they're having fun, it should be alright.

            from whatever the ****ing age they want to start and learn. In cuba some start at 4 but only throw the jab for 1 year so the have mastered it. (btw i ain't saying if someone starts at the age of 4 just teach them the jab for a year.)
