Hey, I know there is a thread devoted to recipes, but I was wondering if there were any good cook books devoted to the proper nutrition needed to build muscle and keep energy levels up high.

john berardi has a really good cookbook with healthy foods; just google it and i'm sure it'll come up; I think it's called Gourmet Nutrition.
