If you develop the wrong sort of muslce at a young age (really bulky muscle from weights) then it can have an effect on your growth. But, in your case and from the exercises you've been doing I'm guessing its just like everyone else says, an early growth spurt.Comment

1. Stunted growth has nothing to do with bulky muscle whatsoever, it's the growth plates in your bones the can be damaged.
2. Getting bulky muscle from weights as a kid is very difficult (bordering on impossible) unless there's something biologically abnormal about you,concerning testosterone levels and stuff like that.Comment
