Honestly dude, i think you may need to talk to someone, getting angry is one thing but breaking **** over arguing on msn? Thats a lil far. Once i started boxing i became way more calm, once the idea of a street fight or anythin like that came up in the air it was more like "**** that i do enough of this already"

You might not want to hear this but you should maybe think about seeing a counsellor or something. You're a young man and should really get this nipped in the bud now. Trust me, your aggression won't help you in the ring against a skilled and composed fighter.

Im generally a fairly mild person (with agressive tendencies). recently i have been having rages so strong that i dont remember them properly afterwards, and i normally end up breaking something. i have now broken a computer mouse, a keyboard, my desk light and my old phone. theyre normally over something ****** involving friends (on msn) or family arguments. i think its also egged on by my claustrophobia in my small room. do any of you guys have agression and how has boxing effected it? cos im now venting more rather than keeping it bottled up
sorry if i sound weird of ****ed up
