I know the basics to losing weight.
But what I need is a program.
My trainer said since im 74kg I should try and drop to 72 or 70 just to let me fight lower weight. He said I have plenty of time (he reckons ill get my medical in 4 months) but that I should try and start sustainably losing weight.
So:
are there any supplements I should take
apart from gym for an hour and a half and boxing for two and half hours a week; what training should i do?
also: what sort of calory figure should i be looking at
