    Ask yourself what you want from a supplement such as creatine,...yeah you will get heavier, but thasts just water...it puffs you up mainly

      Designer Whey powder, natural flavour. It's the ****. 80% protein, no artificial sweeteners and loads of amino acids.

          Fish oil, not really as a supplement just for overall wellbeing. Defently recommend that, plus its cheap as.

                    Oh man, I'm nowhere near your chemical intake. All I have is my Designer Whey protein. I'm worried that if I started to take anything else though that it would get out of hand! I feel the whey protein is giving me the extra help that I need.

                    How about you? Be serious & honest, is it really doing you good? And, how much do you spend a month on supps?
