Thanks to two years of neck bridges and working out with a head harness, what would've given most people lifelong whiplash will probably only give me a week-long headache.
Add in every Cardio related thing you can and give it a hundred percent each time.
Enery plays a big part in knock outs... The energy to take a punch plays a HUGE PARt in staying up.
Now of course their are guys that have that one hit power and land a perfect punch.. But not all Ko's re gonna be like that... Having the energy to withstand the onslought helps a whole lot.
With that said.. you gotta have sumthin to start with.. A Glass chin is just gonna be a Glass chin. No way to fix that. But energy will help you take the punch better.
