Ha, you originally, in your post that was quoted, stated that the HUMAN BODY is 90% water. Now you backtrack and say "mostly all living organisms" are 90%. That's not staying the course, that's called backpedalling. It's alright, you just made a misrepresentation. Not the end of the world, it happens to all of us. Oh yeah, "mostly all" is a contradictory statement. Look it up.

Thats terrible man..it sounds like he had heart arythmia....I stay away from energy drinks and herbal stimulants because they are hard on the heart....L-arginine is an amino acid that promotes nitric oxide which is a vaso dialator, not a drug...the body produces it on its own..

as with anything moderation is essential

I'd have to double-check this in my book that is at my friend's house at the moment, but I thought I recalled learning that amino acids greatly in excess of what is necessary can be toxic to the body.

Anyhoo, I do know that the body will not store amino acids, it instead flushes what it does not need out. Your body will excrete everything that is not needed, including vitamins (which is why one usually gets the runs when the intake of vitamin c is too high).

I'm not saying that whatever you prescribed in the first post is too much and is toxic/will not be useful. I personally will not mess with any supplements aside from glutamine and protein just to make delicious shakes since I don't have a portable oven to take with me to class or wherever I'm going.

And not trying to troll or anything, but I do think it's more badass becoming a beast with good ol' fashioned brute max strength lifting and food, but to each his own, eh?

I forgot to mention, just as a question: Can't that stuff lead to positive drug test results?? I know student athletes won't even take adderall (since many college students do for studying...) because that can lead to a positive drug test result.

I dont think they can test for HGH, I think they look for elevated levels of testosterone...for HGH and steroids as well...when they check for steroids they cant pinpoint what kind of juice you are taking, they are looking for abnormal amounts of Test.....

As far as flushing things through your body, you guys are almost correct in your thinking...however the amounts of these amino acids are very small in comparison to the amount needed to be in excess.....1500mg isnt S@!#......

And remember this....these two amino acids are synthesized in the body as needed....
