    Best snack food while training?

    Normally like fuji apples or some other fruits, but lately have been buying the chocolate crunch rice cakes things are damn good for getting a chocolate fix.

      While training you shouldn't eat.

      Too much blood goes down to your stomach to digest the food, and it usually takes too long before the body can extract the energy.

      Drink a sportsdrink which contains MALTODEXTRIN.
      That is the most effective carbo during training and also immidiately after training.

      Look up maltodextrin if you want to know how it works in your body.

      This is what Roy Jones do, this is what Bernard Hopkins do. This is what you should do too

        I dont eat anything while working out!

        Drink water , and after working out drink some more, and within an hour i eat tunafish and rice with a load of brocoli!
        And,..some more water!

                Once in awhile, yall should try some all natural, no preserviative galric hummus with whole wheat crackers. Its some good ****.
