        5'9" 165. I ran a mile on a flat track in 5:35 not too long ago. I've done it faster, but I haven't been stretching as much these past few months.

        I can run two miles in 15 minutes, give or take.

                  5'11". Around 195lbs and I run a mile in about 6:50. I have run faster though

                  Best time for 1.5 mile is about 9:40

                      6'6', currently after alot of cutting I'm down to about 200 pounds now.

                      As well as playing basketball I was asked to run college cross country and I've had mile times at about 5 min 45 seconds, that was when I was weighing 225.

                      Right now, I'm not sure. That was 5 years ago. I'm in more fighting shape then running. So maybe 6 min 15 seconds.
