    1 mile best.... in 2005 6 min 38 sec.

last month ran mile and a half in 10:38.... about 7 min mile pace.

I ran a mile this evening at 7mins 02 seconds. I'm not sure how good that is for me.....i've been doing 45 mins jogs 2-3 times a week, but i'm not sure of the distance i'm covering.

I feel i can pick the pace up.....i will post tomorrows time.

170....... at least 10 min a mile for me. I'm no boxer or jogger.....but I like to run for fun a couple of times a month.

I have no idea how fast I run a mile.(I don't run a treadmill, unless it is HIIT)

          but I am 5.9, 170

Well back in HS I was weighing at 119 and I ran the mile for PE at 5:10

Now days I am weighing at 125/132 and running around 6 to 6 1/2 minutes. Give or take. I'm sure if I was just doing a one mile run I could pump it out faster.
