find the most annoying alarm in the world and place it far from your bed so that you have no choice but to get out of it....this alarm has to be so annoying that it will immediately enrage you upon hearing it.....do this for 1 week straight dont miss a day and you will be on your way....

That's a good thing that your sleeping through it. Road work is over rated and a waste of time. Hmmm. Running 4-7 slowed paced miles to prepare for a fight that has repeated bouts of intense activity, in multiple directions, fought at different a pace throughout the round... Sure....Road work will prepare you for that.

its a little bit overatted, but. It will help you alot between rounds in recovery. Also mixing your running with sprinting and anearobic activities such as burpees is a great way to get in shape.

            Yet every professional uses roadwork.

Not as many fighters as you think use roadwork and it's heavily overrated and not used by the rare breed of coaches who understand exercise physiology.

seems like none of us is a real morning person if it comes to exercise ha, well one for me is that my muscles really don't want to work out before 12 noon. Stiff, pain full, still tired from last night.

My brain is uber active but thats only good for work.

I only train in the afternoon and evening up to 8pm latest. Running is only good for losing weight if you ask me
