MSG has also been linked to alzheimers disease. So, best avoided altogether imo.

Great points made about the preservatives... Eating Organic is the only way to avoid all the **** additives and preservatives. Paul Chek teaches, if you can't pronounce what's on the label, don't eat it.. If it wasn't here 10,000 years ago, don't eat it.

An AWESOME site to educate yourself and one that holds nothing back on how the poor quality of the majority of our food sources affects our body's in a bad way can be found at.... www.Mercola.com.. I always feel like you can eat what you want within reason and put in extra work if you screw up, but like everyone mentioned if you dont eat you body will store the fat because it will go into survial mode..also dont eat after 7 or before bed.
I agree with the jelly, but peanut butter has good fats in it, which you need. It also is stick to your stomach food. makes you feel full & not overeat. PB is perfect for weightloss diet, just in moderation.

buy caffeine pills, take two in the morning and work out. diet and eat right and take them every other day. this creates alot of heat, your body works a little harder and you burn some weight and piss out alot of water weight.

Go to a health food store and buy a 30 day colon cleanse. This will rid your body of A LOT of built up toxic ****-weight no pun intended.

Try HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training!

There's a perception that only long cardio vascular routines burn fat, but studies have shown you can burn fat just as effectively by doing shorter intense sessions.

                Try this out:

                5 mins warm up jog

then repeat the following 4 times

                30 sec sprint
                30 sec jog

then a 5 min warm down.

This works well on the rowing machine, bike or with swimming.

Intervals are an excellent way of burning calories and building stamina.

At the moment I'm doing stair sprints for 3 mins and 1 min rest. I repeat it 4 times and it's worked wonders for my fat burning and building up my stamina. Plus it's a bit easier on my shins as I get pretty bad shin splints. I'm a heavy fella like you. 245 lbs.

Google HIIT and give it a go bro!
