    Dumbells.

    Are there any recommended type of dumbells that arent ridiculously priced?

    Also, what sort of weight dumbells should I be lifting? I'm 16, bench press 80-100 and weigh 180-185. If you have any idea what weight dumbells I should get that will help alot too, thanks

      That's a link to the style I like to use. Doesn't roll around on your floor and isn't overly cumbersome and bulky plated like some of the pther multi-plate types.

        Get a gym membership otherwise your going to be constantly buying new dumbells as you get stronger which ends up getting pretty pricey real quick
