I currently work at a science laboratory at a desk position from 8AM to 5PM and I work evenings at Fed Ex unloading trucks from 7PM to 11PM. In my head I'm telling myself that I can get up at 6AM and **** out an hour and a half work out then wash up and head to work but how consistently could I do something like that before burning out and dying? How many days out of the week should I try to do this? My weekends are completely free in regards to not having work but my girlfriend is a full time echocardiographer which leaves her with just about none time also so the majority of that time is reserved for being with her. How could I get best squeeze my work out into my busy life?

I started working out in the morning (6 AM) in January & have been doing it ever since. Once you get in a mode you should be set. Try working out in morn, 5 days a week. You would think you'll be tired, but it will actually give you energy throughout the day. It may take a week or two for your body to get used to the transition. Good thing bout morning work outs also is that your metabloism is up for the rest of the day & you are burning your regualr fat, instead of at night ( when your burning alot of what you ate during the day. For the past 10 years Ive been a night workout dude, but since jan Ive really liked the morning workouts. Once your done, you have the whole day in front of you. Just my opinion.

Untill you can get a better schedule, I would probally train 3 days a week, and run on the days I don't train.
You could work out imbetween jobs, at night when you get out(But I'm sure you would be very tired, good news is you would sleep like a baby), or as you said wake up earlier.
With how many hours you are up a day, and working, you will need to eat healthy meals to give your body the energy it will need.
It's tough working two jobs, and trying to get inshape for boxing. Where theres a will, theres a way.
Goodluck.

Get less sleep a few times a week and workout before or after you're done with regular work or quit one of your jobs. Unfortunately it will come down to that.

If u drive u could squeeze in a quick workout between ur jobs. or get up earlier, its not that hard i work at 515am monday to friday opening up a gym im up at 345am to have enough time to get all my **** ready and walk there since my parents need the car. What i do though since i get up so early i take a nap after my shift before i head out to train. So for you if you got up at around 530-6 trained for an hour showered head to work, get off work take a nap, have a snack go to your next job.
