    lost hecka weight?

    hey. i'm 18 and started boxing in november. i was like 147? and now i'm like 137. i've been eating like how i always eat and everything. does that mean i lost 10 pounds of fat or something? i feel really light cause when i lifted light weights at home and everything i was 150ish. is that okay?

    I lost 60lbs over about five months. 10lbs aint really alot at all to lose for a boxer over 4 months. Depending on what you've been eating you would have probably lost a bit of muscle but most will be fat/water weight.

      normal to lose some weight when you train and don't up yer calories
