    Hey.. i'm from holland and im 14 and i got a HUGE punchbag in my room.. I'm not really boxing for matches or stuff like that but i Want to excersise and wanna be able to trow some good and hard punches. And use it to up my condition. I think its a heavy bag.. you really dont see it swing after the first punch. I spent 2 years on martial arts a couple of years ago.. it was karate like. I like to kick it as well,., i dont have that much space around it but i can trow low/leg kicks. Does anyone know a good training to increase stamina/condition/strength?

    4 x 2 mins rounds of non stop punching but if your serious about getting good at boxing join a gym.

              If a heavy bag is all you have, then work that thing over. Like the previous guys said, do rounds of 3-minutes each. Maybe one round work on form, one on power, and one on speed. Practice 3 to 4 punch combinations. I would totally recommend jump roping every day. I jump rope every day (5 3-minute rounds), have it helps with building everything. Also do some home gym body weight exercises: like pushups, situps.

                gewoon lekker rammen...

                dat deed ik toen ik voor het eerst een zware zak in de schuur had hangen. Combinaties met schoppen etc. 2 minuten per ronde, 30 sec. rust en doe dat zoveel je kan! Probeer bij een box school te gaan, dat zal je veel goed doen.
