Experience will help with this and that is pretty much it. The more you are familar with the ring, and boxing, the more relaxed and comfertable you will become.
Practice your dancing around the ring and footwork. Get your stamina up and you will feel more comfertable as well because you wont have to worry about running out of gas.
Have someone just throw punches at you lightly so you can work on your defense and moving around the ring.

I've been told and I also see that one of my major problems while boxing is that my upperbody becomes very stiff. I try to relax but I find it hard or I just dont know how to while I'm boxing. I definetly feel the reprucssions from my bad habit, as I constantly get knots on my back which hurt.
Could anyone recommend me any tips, drills, exercise, ANYTHING lol to help me fix my very bad habit... It would honestly be a life saver!
Thanks In Advance

It takes time, nobody likes to get hit in boxing but we all do.
And you never get used to it either.

rockin' is right. at a certain point, you can stay relaxed while getting hit which lessens damage caused.
part of that is getting over the fear of getting hit. some people take longer than others.
once you get past that for good, you get pretty comfortable pretty fast comparitively.
after you "get you face wet", it's business as usual.

+1 to Rockin' and J.
A heavy punch still smarts, but once you learn to distance yourself from the psychological and emotional trauma of getting punched, it's not nearly as bad. That only comes with time in the ring, though.
