I was just wondering am i going backwards? if i cant lift as much wieght as i used to? im a boxer and i mostly hit the gym and run but i tried some wieghts today it was same i could before 15kg on each side it was bench press and i cudnet do them at all! so then i tried 10kg on each side and could do them.
I feel as if im going backwards here? or is it just inactivity with wieghts?
