headgear sizing question

Whats up everybody. I have a question about headgears for the guys with smaller heads. I'm set on getting the winning FG-2900 headgear but i'm not sure if this will fit me that well. My hat size is 6"7/8 or 53cm. Anyone else out there have a small head and try out this headgear before?

Right now I have the everlast facesaver bar but I hate it because it doesn't really fit my head so it slides around if i get hit and it restricts so much vision. The only reason I got it was because my trainer recommended getting that one.

If anyone has any input that'd be greatly appreciated.

if i were you id go with a hook and loop style headgear, they are better for tighter fits and smaller heads.

the title traditional headgear has the hook and loop straps on the chin and back.

but if you are going for the 2900 winning, try going with the size Medium?

Thanks for the advice guys. I had the title platinum full face guard with the hook and loop and it was still too big for my head so I sent it back. I ordered the winning gear yesterday size medium. I'm really hoping it will fit good.

by the way how much was shipping from winning? i wanted to order from them but didnt wanna pay tons of shipping. where u from n how much u get charged total

I don't know how much shipping is yet. They don't list the price when you order but they tell you that you will be charged a shipping fee which is kinda ****ty. I'll get back to you when I find out. I live in vancouver, Canada but I always ship US orders to a friend in washington state to save on duties and stuff.

measure around your head: less than 22 1/4" is MEDIUM (sometimes regular) anything 22 1/4" or more is LARGE.

I just spoke with the rep for winning-usa. Super nice guy, he said a japanese medium size is like a small size everywhere else so i'm thinking that the size should be fine for me.
