Day One, feels the same as regular shadow boxing, except for the fact that my arms feel like jello

weighted training is o.k. but it can have negative results if you do it everyday. Be careful or you will start to get tight from your arms. Also , you can just use heavier gloves while sparring or dong bag work and its better. Remember a boxer has long slender muscles not bulk, bulk slows you down and reduces the snap on your punches.
