alot of it is genetics but work on the speed bag and "snapping your punches"

double end bag is good for handspeed and blocking speed. how fast u can put ur guards up and throw light combos.. i love the double end bag. ppl think ur spose to hit it hard.. its made for speed and accuracy. great for defense drills to.

also shadowbox with dumbells a few rounds, then shadowbox a round normal, do that b4 every time u hit the bag itll warm u up nice and get ur hands feelin light and quick
