I said earlier that his score is 15-3, now is 16-3 he has won another fight last week...unfortunately i didn't record that... sry i will try to record next one... he won this one in 3rd round by KO, it was easy he had about 15cm height and almost 30 cm arms advantage so his opponent couldn't even touch him...
not trying to hate, but from that video he doesn't look that good. i'm no badass, but that bag work is sloppy as hell. overrated........

i don't watch a lot of vids posted here, but yours wasn't bad comparitively.

interesting that some people bring up the tennis ball trick.

when your training on a heavybag, you really don't need too much realism. that you get from sparring. me, i keep my head mostly upright with my chin slightly tucked. and with your head too far forward as you have it, it becomes an easy target for even a beginning martial artists. but, you are boxing of course and have those giant gloves to protect you.

but, the real focus on hitting a heavybag, in any style of combat, should be focusing on getting the power out. relax and use more power with less force.

potatoes - how long have you been boxing?
