Anyone use them?
I have been doing my exercises outside after my roadwork in a playground near my house. Using the stuff there as makeshift pull up pars dip bars ect.
I used to use training rings a lil bit when i was involved with crossfit and remember them being awesome for building strength, s i just ordered a a set i saw on sale.
Anyone here use them? have any cool ideas?
going to start with support position and body rows working into dips L-sits and pull ups... i hope to be doing muscle-ups by summer, and be nearing an iron cross by then also.
