If you want to get in really great shape. You should Pitty-Pat on the Heavybag. I've been boxing since i was 7 and i have no problem hitting the heavybag for 45 minutes nonstop; speed, power, everything. I was just curious, does anyone do anything like this? If not you should start! Fa real, your endurance and stamina will get high.

what do you mean? like just working on fast snappy punches instead of trying to move the bag and hitting it with power?

No everything is the same. Hit with speed and power mixed up. But your not moving around as much. Ur just hitting the bag nonstop. Like your trying to knock someone out after you knock them down. Just keep punching, but controlled though.

oh aite. ill try that tomorrow at the gym. only thing is, i find myself trying to work on my form and i end up taking a step back from the bag every 30 seconds or so and loosening up my shoulder and setting my feet in the right place again. should i just keep going for atleast the whole round? or work on my form untill i get it completely correct?

This is just a conditioning tool. Your technique is just as important as your conditioning. So mix it up a little. Like focus on tech. one round and pitty-pat the next.
