Tuna Pasta. Has your protein for your muscles and your carbs for your workout. If you're after something lighter just have a banana or two.

I usually eat a bowl of rice or a banana an hour or so before practice. Afterwards, if I'm feeling hungry, I'll eat a handful of unsalted, plain almonds.
I've noticed that if I eat anything ****y, or anything with a high vinegar content (pickled) before practice, it's Hiroshima on my gut.
