Jenny Craig has a few ideas about weight loss, or you could try reading Joe Frazier's book, Box Like The Pros. If you get involved with good old fashioned boxing training and just eat a healthy diet your weight will come down to a level that is right for you. Don't worry about your weight, worry about your fitness and let your body way whatever it wants. Once you achieve boxing shape the rolls of fat will have disappeared as if by magic. By the way, don't expect results overnight, this is a multi-year project.

haha thats what happens when you get in a relationship..YOU GET FAT..you eat out more, no time for exercise, stress and all of that ****..run at least 10 minutes a day for starters and do some sit ups and **** every night..but i suggest you do what i do..i got my girl into workin out and i tell her when to run and ****.for her birthday im about to buy her a work out set with boxing gloves, a jumprope,a sit up mat and all that basic stuff just enough to keep her fit...but a girl is a good way to motivate you to lose weight..you can do it dawg

Yeah, as already been said stop drinking beer. I ,for example, get very hungry if i drink. The biggest part of loosing weight is your diet. Eat healthy, i know its hard because i love junk food and sweets, but you just have to say NO to those things.
My day would be something like:

Breakfast: oatmeal or sereal or some eggs, orange juice, coffe or tea with bagel or toast, and banana.

lunch: Pasta or brown rice with beef, chicken or fish(talapia and salmon are my favourite) some kind of vegetables, i also eat a lot of raw vegetables, mostly cucembers and tomatoes or lettuce in a salad with oil and vinegar dressing.

about 1 hour before training i have a peanutbutter and banana shake.

Dinner: i usually eat same stuff as for lunch and sometimes soup.

Then before i go to bed i drink a protein shake.

between meals i also eat fruit and drink protein shakes .

If you are not training or doing any hard exercise you dont need to drink protein and you can also limit the amount of carbs you eat (pasta and rice)

I think that eating right alone would help you lose weight a lot, but for that to work you have to have low carb diet. So yeah if you just doing some treadmill or bike limit your intake of carbs( pasta and rice)
My moms friend lost about 80-90 pounds in a year doing Weight watchers diet and from what i understand she wasnt exercising either.
One thing i can tell is that you are going to be hungry all the time if you do a low carb diet, I think the better route for you will be eating balanced meals and just exercising more. You will feel a lot better and stronger.

The best thing to do to lose weight is to cut the portions... At first, it will be hard to resist hunger, but after a while the body adapts to it. I just lost 16 pounds in two months. If I go to McDonalds (for example), I'll eat 1 hamburger instead of 2. I do the same thing with everything. I try to cut the portions.

Sometimes, I am so hungry I go in a eating binge and actually gain a few pounds. Things like that happen, but I don't give up and continue to follow my plan and eventually I lose the pounds.

Also, I try to cut certain foods that contain a lot of calories and that can be absorbed too easily (like cakes, chocolate biscuits, etc). For example, if I start eating chocolate biscuits that each have 100 calories, I can easily eat eight of them in one setting and still feel hungry. So foods like this is definatly no good for losing weight.
