What gloves do you use for training?

for bag and mitts, i use 16 oz white everlast pro training gloves..for sparring i use 16 oz ringside imf tech..there the best gloves ever..

For bag and mitts i use 16oz Black everlast pro training gloves and for sparring i use 16oz ringside safety gloves.

Alot of people at my gym use the imf tech tho

I have the everlast 16oz hook and loop...i am going to get the rinside hook and loops, and after i get those, then i will give my everlast gloves a performance modification...i am going to remove some of the padding and install a D battery for strategical purposes.....

and for sparring I recently got these 16oz grant gloves..
