    New Aussie On The Board

Gday all, thought id throw out a quick intro.

Im looking to start boxing for the first time next week after a 6 month layoff from any physical training due to surgery. I have a lot of raw power and strength and am looking to learn the skills to focus the power into speed and technique.

Done a few combat sports before (muay thai, jiu jitsu) as well as 4 years as a grunt in the army.

Im a personal trainer specialising in sports conditioning so if anyone has anyone questions, feel free to throw em out there.

    Cheers
    Jez
