You really should as Marathon runners say 'carbo-load' the night before on plenty of pasta and have a big breakfast in the morning. Lentils and beans are an even better alternative. Eat plenty of lentils dude!
Thanks for the advice. I will eat some oatmeal tomorrow in the morning, and make myself a salad right after school. In any case, tomorrow's just the first session, so I will always have time to adjust.

Good stuff! A healthy and balanced diet is 'CRUCIAL' and makes up the majority of not just looking good but also feeling really good during training and getting the best out of yourself.

what has been suggested is for some one on a diet in my opinion. This is your first session, nothing weird or out of the ordinary will happen to you. Just eat a sandwich at least 1 hour before and you'll be just fine. Eat normal, eat clean and have fun. Worry or lets say think about a real diet later on...

        Just enjoy the ride dude!

ps please don't eat a salad before a workout. Convince me why you should and tell me what can be in a salad that will give you the energy, the power to punch and to go for 1 1/2 hours straight....?

Thanks for the advice, Dutch. Are you from / currently live in the Netherlands?

What should I eat at 2:45 to give me energy for this first session, but at the same time not make me feel sick to my stomach after the first 20 minutes?
Some vegies, some whole grain pasta and some meat of your choise.

Eat a plenty though but don't overkill. Have your meal about an hour before training.

OK - so basically a normal meal, but maybe a bit lower in volume? Sounds good to me.
