Tomorrow is my first boxing training session and I was wondering what I should eat before this. I come home from school around 2:40, and I am going to get to the gym at 4:00. What should I eat at 2:45 to give me energy for this first session, but at the same time not make me feel sick to my stomach after the first 20 minutes?

eat some oatmeal and some fruit and stop worrying about a tummy ache. If you get a tuff workout, throw up and restart. Thats the easiest way in my opinion. -
good luck my man and dont worry about an upset stomach once you get in you totally forget about all of it and with oatmeal you are not gonna feel any discomfort and will have plenty energy.Comment

Eat plenty of dark colored GREEN vegetables i.e. baby spinach, silverbeet and chickory. Even pour half a glass of milk with a raw egg and gulp it down. Wash a cabbage leaf, grate a bit of carrot on top and add a touch of ****** olive oil and voila!Comment

If you're gonna have oatmeal have it at least 2-3 hours before so you can digest it completely because it's a solid food. You should have a decent serve of oatmeal for breakfast instead of before training. I like to eat a whole cup of baby spinach which is light on the stomach and digests more rapidly than oatmeal. You really should as Marathon runners say 'carbo-load' the night before on plenty of pasta and have a big breakfast in the morning. Lentils and beans are an even better alternative. Eat plenty of lentils dude!Comment
