    where you boxing at ?


    to me it sounds too much, 350 pushups or whatever is pretty pointless for boxing, and will just do your amrs in, if you box and box hard you will be exrtremly tired and it is very hard and you will then be doing 350 pushups , whats the point. you could try 25 pushups where you spring up of the florr or whatever.

      i agree

      push ups is pretty pointless i used to do them when i boxed ametuer & i weight trained inbetween at the same time & all they did was cause me to injure my Bicep

        I'm boxing down at this local gym 5 minutes from my house. It's outside of Washington D.C.

        Yeah I'll have to tweak a few things after the first few sessions. I always thought pushups were very important to boxing. Always seemed to me like boxers would be doing a lot of them during sessions, but I guess I was wrong...
