    Right im a long way from ever having a fight (ive only had 7 sessions)
    but i was wondering if any of you had advice on finding your natural fighting weight. Ive recently lost 3 stone in almost 4 months and now stand at 6'2 and around 161 pounds. Im seem to now be very lean in my body but arms and abs are normal. What weight do you guys think i would fight at?? at the minute i keep losing weight (over xmas lost 3 pounds **** knows how) should i try to get to like 158 then try bulking on a few pounds and fight at middleweight (if a fight ever happens!!) Any middleweight amateurs on here? what sort of height and size are amateur middleweights???
