Wake up at 6.45 - run for half an hour
breakfast and go to work..
come home for about 4.30.
Sit down relax, start training at 6. Come home at 9
do it all over again.
If i don't get up in the morning and run, i run as soon as i get home from work.
5 days a week..you'll get in the habit and form a routine.
