    woa!
do you train at a boxing gym?
if you dont then please do?

ok first there is no such thing as a right jab, a jab and a cross are completly dirrent if youre throwing them the same you need toi stop.

ok firstly i can post load sof stuff for you as a beginner or whatever but i need you to tell us if you box, how big, ect

6x1 min round of no stop punching so left-right as fast as you can and have 30 seconds rest in between.

        excuse my terminology
i meant throwing a jab wit my right hand, with the left behind my bak etc and vice versa.
        any info would be appreciated.
msagrain what you told me i do that but about 3 times instead of 6
im about 5'10/5'11 and 11 and a half stone (161 lbs)

Your best bet is to get your ass to a gym and learn some proper technique. Even if you don't want box competitively, you're much better off learning the correct stance, technique etc.
