Working out in the Middle of the Night

i have a question. Is there any difference from me working out at lets say 11 in the morning to about 2 opposed to working at out 1 in the morning to about 4 ?

As long as your getting 7 to 8 Hours of Sleep every day. I can't see why Running late at night will be any different

Mayweather trains like that and it doesn't seem to be doing him any harm. Just make sure you're getting good sleep too as stated earlier in this thread.

i don't understand. i mean as long as you get 7-8 hours of sleep you fine. but then i heard that after 12 your body goes into resting mode or something and it's trying to replenish your body and everything but can't really because you're not asleep. that's why peopel say don't sleep too late. but if it's okay to just get 7-8 hours of sleep, then why do people say don't sleep too late?

Its just depends on your internal clock. Day or night doesnt matter, just that you rest normally and get some sunlight.
