Day 1: Feeling so good after work out! I feel like I can already challenge the world! I'm joking~
Well, started with the jump rope...I wasn't that good at first but it's getting better and better~ I did like 8 rounds. tired.
Then after the jump rope, coach came to me and taught me the stance, the jab and the right straight in the front of a mirror ( shadow boxing ). Then we went on pads
After that, he went to train. He's a boxer too and he's my temporary coach. He told me to train with those three thing that he taught me. So i trained for...2 hours maybe...
Oh well, that was alot for my first day tho...But training makes me feel so good and i don't know why...Oh and my trainer told me that tomorrow I'm going to hit the bag! So nice!
Well, that's the resume of my first day at the gym~
have a good night,
Hieu~

My name is Hieu, 15 years old.For the first time of my life, I'm going to my boxing gym tomorrow.
I measure 1m 64 (which is short.) and weight 110 LBS. (so skinny I would like to be like at 126. Featherweight.)
I'm hungry , I love boxing with all my heart , I have determination, I have confidence , I'm not scared to get a right straight in the face , I'm addicted to training and I'm really serious about this. Well I got alot of mental strength
My goals are: AM:Olympic gold medal and PRO:Champion of the world.
Training menu: I didn't know if i was doing the right thing but i just did some Roadwork for over 3 month now.
And this will be my..."boxing journal"(things that i do in the gym from day 1 to last day...yeah kinda long...) yeah that's how I will call it
That's all about my intro.
Nice to meet you all,
Hieu~
dont worry about being small, im about your height/weight too, the best fighters are often little like us
just get in there man, listen to your trainer and try your hardest, and dont get discouraged by anything- one thing trainers really appreciate is if you never complain or argue and always try, even if you fail, just try try try
good luck anyway
