    Elbow problem

Just recently ive been developing a problem with my left elbow when jabbing.
I get a shooting pain through the elbow which is affecting my training and fights.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas how to sort it out.

Just go have a check up and have some advice from your doctor. I'm sure it will help a lot to your problem.

man I had the same problem, its from hyperextending your arm! takes a few months to REALLY heal. If you have to train on it, take it light homie....and don't do pushups for a sec. I know the feeling....rest that arm up pimp....takes a while to get it 100%....if it ever get 100% because I know you gunna keep training on it..lol..

hahaha so true , it ****in pisses me off to , i end up doing at least once a sparring session , hasnt happened with the jab but if i miss a big right hand it usually happens , it really sucks . but just like you said everyone just keeps training with it and it doesnt end up gettin better .
