100 situps a day is nothing bro. that does ****. you need to work your core alot to have a strong midsection. and all the situps in the world wont give u a six pack without a proper diet. diet is the MOST IMPORTANT thing when your losing weight, lookin for abs, etc. that and adding at least 300 more repetitions to your ab work (assuming you dont lift weights and box).

the reason why situps help your abs is because it makes them a little bigger which tightens the skin around there. So, that being said its only logical that you must have an overall low body fat to have your abs show, situps help but are not the main tool for achieving definition. Running everyday would yield much better results for ab definition than 100 sit ups a day

nnooooooooooooooooo.
Genetics, diet, and cardio are much more important for a 6 pack than situps.
But it is always good to do ab work anyway.

yeah im in the middle of the process... and ill tell u the absolute truth and what these guys already said
u could 10 000 crunches a day, youll never see your abs unless you lower your body fat...
and doing ab work outs doesnt burn fat around your abs... your body cannot SPOT fat loss... its overall body fat loss which is why your stomach is the last fat to go...
everyone has a 6 pack.. EVERYONE... you have to uncover it to see it... diet, cardio, and weightlifting....
70% diet...

enough running, WILL do the trick. you just gotta fall in love with the idea with WHAT you'll become. that last sentence is the key.
