    Cheers
careful with the ankle weights, bro. you can f up your legs, especially your knees, pretty bad with them. speedkillz was mentioning he uses a weighted vest. they are pretty expensive, but are worth it in the long run. leg problems are nagging and painful.

Why would you buy a product that replicates something you can do free?
Running barefoot is great for you. I use to get excruciatingly painful shin splints until I started running barefoot.

Now I run on average 5 miles a day barefoot. Watch were you are going, and you are good. I do my running at night so its even harder to watch were I am stepping, but still I have never stepped on anything has managed to break the skill. At this point I am doubtful that there is anything I can step on that will break the skin. My feet have toughened up nicely.

My feet even hold up to 8 miles a day when I need them too. I have never outgrown them or worn them out either. Its brilliant, its almost like god made us feet to walk

I do all of my running at night on concrete sidewalk.

These shoes are designed for running so they are softer and more cushioned. really light, and the materiel they use is designed to help your feet breathe. It really does make a big difference

are you sure you have the correct shoes?

nothing is more important than finding the correct type of shoe for YOUR type of foot.
