yea fat doesnt magically turn into muscle, lol that makes no sense in fact their two seperate en******, its completely impossible to do so. Its like turning a bone into an organ. all you can do is increase or decrease fat and increase or decrease muscle. i just dont get how my muscles are growing faster now without changing my diet now that im heavier,
when i used to be real skinny, theyre was nothing to turn to muscle
what i ment was before i wasnt eating enough calories or protein to promote muscle growth,i was skinny. and i didnt want to go back to that.
so how can i get big without burning off all the calories from the cardio was my orignal question thankyou for allowing me to specify and clarify speedkillzComment

nothing is more or less important than anything when it comes to working out and dieting. EVERYTHING is important and has its place. u gotta research on what u wanna do and u gotta know ur body and how u react to certain diets and ****. its not jus set in stone for everyone to do the same thing, ya know. u gotta do alot of research and alot of experimenting til u find wut works for u. dont neglect anything. RESEARCH and you'll be good man.Comment

cool, i get it now. its just confusing cause protein is the cornerstone and fuel of muscle building, and then people say people who work out every day and dont get results dont intake enough calories, it makes them sound the same. i guess their both right.Comment

carbs are actually the cornerstone of this. your body cant metabolize the protein you eat without carbohydrates. your muscles are fueled by them. lots of a good breakdown of caloric intake would be 20% protein, 60% carbohydrates, 20% healthy fats. You will gain lean muscle and lose fat, plus have energy.Comment
