BTW, Aspartame has been shown to reduce testosterone levels, and tests are now showing that sucralose disrupts glycogen uptake, which is how muscles repair. So not only are these sweeteners artificial, unhealthy, and taste like ass, they're lousy things to put in your body if you're an athlete.
I miss the American Nutrition Steel Bar, the old-school coconut ones from the early 90's. 300 calories, 34 grams of protein, real coconut inside. Tasted like a dense, chewy Mounds bar. Now all the American Nutrition stuff has Aspartame in it.
