    I didn't like it.
    i dont feel any strain when i do them, jus the burn in my hips and abs. make sure ur doin them right!!

    i do them 3 times a week.

        i need to get some kind of an ab routine going. Im soft around the midriff. The only area.

        I dont like doing abs. hahaha.

        But if i got into a routine - then it'd be cool.

            We do them sometimes too. Between the crotch thing, the leg bracing, and grabbing around the knees its just a bit more intimate than I like to get for a training exercise. Its an ok exercise but i dont think its worth all that.
