what's the most toughest?? I've heard from a couple of others wrestling conditioning is extremely grueling. I just want to hear some opinions from the guys who've wrestled before getting into boxing.

i wrestled in high school and yes the conditioning is absolutely brutal, and the sport is also brutal.
if i had to pick one thats tougher, i would go with boxing definitely, with wrestling knocking right on the door.

Wrestling work outs are harder if you look at the aspect of professional vs amateur.
Whereas there is no basis to study professional LEGITIMATE wrestling, you can't compare a college athlete against a pro.
At olympic levels? Wrestling.

I've done wrestling training...
The only thing that makes it a lil tougher is because your lifting body weight so often... I was sore a tad easier with wrestling too.
Thats the only difference.. Definitely more tired when i spar though...rolling on the ground and keeping grasp just didnt seem to tire me out as much.. even when i lost.
