Boxing videos available on Ringside and that other boxing apparel/equipment ****zine

I think I saw it on the Rings*de ****zine, it was an instructional video by Freddie Roach and Jeff Fenech. I was wondering if any of you guys have bought it and if it was helpful to you guys, and would you guys recommend it?

I also saw another one on Rings*de ****zine, I think. It was a video by former boxer, Reggie Johnson, the video was about shoulder rolling ala Floyd Mayweather jr and James Toney. I don't see it on their catalog anymore. Have any of you guys ordered it, if so, did y'all find it helpful?
