4 Weeks ago i weighed 12 stone 4 lbs today i weight 11 stone 3 lbs i have been constantly running for the last 4 weeks whilst wearing a bag under my clothes to sweat more etc ,but i have hit a sticking point & my weight is coming off very slowly now
in a typical day all i have been eating is , 1 sandwich usaully beef or Ham on wholemeal bread usually around 12 O' clock then ive been waiting untill 5/6 O'clock till my next snack and i only have 1 sandwich usaully Beef or Ham ,a yogart & some fruit say a plum or something
any suggestions on what they think of my poor diet & why it is taking along time to shift the weight
