speedbag setup plz help

i have the platform and everything but the bladder came seperate from the platform, how do i put the bladder on the swivel??do i have to pry open the little v shaped thing on the swivel to take the pin out and put the bladder on?

K, 1st thing you do is hang your bag on a hook.

Now moving on to your speedbag, just follow the instructions that came with it.
