Guess I'll give it a try and see how it goes. I mean, someone said an hour a day is a good start. I do like 1-2 hours a day 4-5 times a week (I run 3 miles in the morning, then lift at night. Depending on the body part, it might take more or less), at a regular gym, not a boxing gym, so I guess instead of the lifting, I could do boxing. I mean, I make time to work out, so I guess I could give changing my workout (instead of lifting, do boxing) and see how it goes. Thanks everyone!
